Here are a few major facts about mold and how to prevent it from taking over your home:

• All sources of water or moisture must be addressed before mold remediation can begin. If not, the mold can return.
• A strong, musky smell is produced when mold is present and can help you detect where problem areas are
• Keep indoor humidity below 45 percent. Any humidity higher than that can support the growth of mold
